Question about Washing Machines

The model number you provided is the part number for your control panel.
Generally the model number is on a label after you open the washing machine door.
You may just have a float switch problem or the drain and float switch are is plugged up with soap.

The Machine does not know the lid is shut.... there is an arm connected to the lid... that arm runs just inside the the top cover and presses a button to signal the lid is down.. some where along the line the arm isnt pushing the button..take off the top cover and it should be an easy fix
