Washing machine knocks and dims lights only during rinse cycle

Possible that the bearings are a suspect, if the machine seems to wobble around. Also if the load is high, does the noise go higher, if so check the suspension, check the mounting and the counter weights.
Please check this link: Wobbling machine

My dishwasher is just 6 months old and started making a humming sound while washing in th wash cycle.

If you hear unusual noises during dishwasher operation, check to see if a dish or cup is loose and being knocked around during the wash cycle. If you hear grinding, grating, crunching or a buzzing sound, chances are a hard object has gone into the wash module. Once the object is ground up, the noises should cease.

My Maytag washer has no spinning mode while in rinsing cycle. I checked the voltage-it's about 118 to 130 volt consistantly. Please advise.

Our Maytag Atlantis strted having some unusual operation problems and failure to produce clean clothes about 3 - 4 yeras after purchase. The transmission was replaced, no parts costs, reasonable service call labor costs. Has worked good ever since, another 3 years or so.
Call Maytag and they will discuss with you.
