try using another internet browser to connect to Facebook and open double down casino instead. If you are currently using internet explorer or the blue "e" to connect to Facebook, try downloading Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and use that browser instead to open Facebook.
Download the new browser and it will install a quick short cut on your desktop. double click the shortcut and type in the address to Facebook at the top of the page or just type in Facebook in a search box to locate the website. Log in using your user name and password and then open the casino application.
That should solve your issues.
your flash player (adobe) probably needs to be updated in Internet explorer. That can keep you from connecting to the game appications. If you are experiencing a specific error code, number or similar when trying to open Double Down, please use the comment or reply link by your question and report it to me and I will help you solve the issue.
It seems that Facebook is having a problem with your profile. If you haven't changed any of your settings then that shouldn't be the problem and plus I doubt that. I believe that your profile may be just having technical problems. Contact Facebook (look for "Help" on either the home page usually on the way bottom or under a side bar) or wait it out. Sometimes patience fixes everything. But I highly recommend just contacting Facebook if everything else fails...they should help. If not...keep waiting.
Hope that helps ^_^
You will need uninstall the facebook app then reinstall it.. make sure before doing this that no other internet application you use no matter if it is another social network or websites.. if this is only app having the issue then it is likely corrupt and needs to be reinstalled.
Try to restart you computer and reset your Internet connection.
Try to use other browsers also.
You may also try to delete the cookies and temporary Internet files.
If you're using Internet Explorer, you can delete the cookies by going to Tools - Internet Options - Delete Files.
I found a simple solution. Try and see if this works for you too.
1) Go to Privacy Settings. 2) Click Application button. 3) Click Settings tab. 4) Uncheck any of the boxes. (For me I unchecked everything except Profile picture, Basic info, and Online presence) 5) Save changes.
After doing that, all my applications started working for me again. Hope this helps.
