Mayo clinic says drinking water will prevent heart attacks?

It is true few people are correctly or sufficiently hydrated enough for peak health but drinking too much water is as dangerous as drinking too little.

Being properly hydrated is good for health as part of a healthy lifestyle and a healthy lifestyle can be a way to avoid developing heart disease. I don't think drinking water would be able to reverse the effects of heart disease.

What are the Pre Heart Attack symptoms in men. What should I look for and take note of?

These signs are listed as possibly early warning of a heart attack, but may commonly occur in other conditions, eg a middle ear infection. So he must get expert advice.

I think the GP being unsure, but prescribing drugs anyway, is a very unimpressive medical performance.Ask for a referral.

With that history your husband should have a heart checkup. At the very least it is good to rule out that possibility, and to establish a baseline history for him.

The clinic will probably take an ECG and ultrasound, and then put him on a treadmill to cause moderate stress while monitoring closely. They have a formula to calculate the max heart rate allowable.

Meanwhile get a checkup from a ENT specialist to look at his middle ear.

I do hope you have access to reasonable health care, as so many don't these days.

Water and heart attack does drinking water at night stop heart attacks.??

No.

Heart attacks are caused by a combination of genetics and lifestyle patterns. If your family has a frequent history of heart attacks, especially at a young age, and you want to improve your chances of not having one:

You MUST follow a heart healthy diet, and make sure you get a level of regular exercise appropriate for your age and current fitness level.

THERE IS NO OTHER WAY!!!!!

I am not going to pussyfoot with you. The typical American diet is the absolute worst on the planet. Double that if you adhere to a Southern diet, ie, lots of fried food, butter, dairy, sweets, high sugar. Continue that and DIE YOUNG.

Cluster headaches

Cluster headache (CH) is a neurological disorder characterized by recurrent, severe headaches on one side of the head, typically around the eye.[1] There are often accompanying autonomic symptoms during the headache such as eye watering, nasal congestion and swelling of and around the eye, all confined to the side of the head with the pain.[1]
Cluster headache belongs to a group of primary headache disorders, classified as trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias or (TACs). The condition is named for the demonstrated grouping of headache attacks occurring together (cluster).[1] Individuals typically experience repeated attacks of excruciatingly severe unilateral headache pain.[2] CH attacks often occur periodically; spontaneous remissions may interrupt active periods of pain, though about 10-15% of chronic CH never remit.[2] The cause has not been identified.
While there is no cure, cluster headaches can sometimes be prevented and acute attacks treated. Recommended treatments for acute attack includes oxygen or a fast acting triptan.[3] Primary recommended prevention is verapamil. Steroids may be used to prevent a recurrence until verapamil takes effect. The condition affects approximately 0.2% of the general population,[4] and men are more commonly affected than women, by a ratio of about 2.5:1 to 3.5:1.[1]
