Owners manual for behringer B205d

I found a Quick Start manual for the Behringer EuroLive B205D on the Behringer Download page: . Use the search boxes to select Loud Speaker systems and then find the B205D. The direct link to the guide in English is currently here: . A product information sheet is also available. I also found the quick start guide at Manuals Lib: .

I hope this helps.

I have a Behringer Europower pmp 5000. Set it up for a show with one mic, left it idle for 20 mins or so then just when I was about to use it I realised it had powered down. Left overnight all come back on...

It sounds like a n overheating problem. Some component is running too hot and shutting down. This will not be a user servicable problem and it needs to go into the shop.
Discuss it with the shop when you take it in to be sure they will have access to the parts they need. Behringer is notoriously slow to ship parts so if it's an exclusively Behringer part as compared to a general electronic part you may have to consider replacing the unit depending on what time frame you have to work with.

Behringer b212 power keeps shutting off

What a surprise! This is not unusual. If you drive these hard they do tend to shut down. If you are not driving it hard and are not running into clipping there is obviously a fault and it will have to go back to Behringer.

I have a PMP 3000 and 2 B212XL. I want to know how many more B212's or other speakers I can connect to the PMP3000. The current setup lacks power at the moment.

Absolute maximum is two of these per side. The speakers are 8 ohm and two on each of the outputs would be 4 ohms which is the minimum allowed for the amplifier. You will get about 400 Watts RMS per side doing this. Please note that the stated 1200 watts for the amp is the PEAK (fakey) values put forth in all the ads we get now. With 4 total B212XL's you should be able to fill an indoor venue of about 10000 square feet with sound at the OSHA limit.

I have a pmp6000 powered mixer. I was running an ipod in and sending out to one powered speaker. I heard a loud pop and smoke started pouring out of the mixer. I immediately stopped using it. This morning...

Cease using the mixer until it is repaired. One or both of the amps have blown. Further use MAY result in power supply damage. 1 to 6 switching power transistors will have blown and often a Zener diode or two. If the metering resistors smoked, there will be two small surface mounted transistors per channel blown wide open as well. These are all in the HCA2400 amplifier module.

I want to connect two passive b212 and 6 active b215 , i will use two active b215 for monitors ..... i am using a PMP 3000 Please advice, also where can i get a detailed numbered illustrations sheet for...

The passive speakers connect to the main outputs using Speakon connectors on the back.

You will use Balanced connections (TRS) to the main L and R connections on top to the active speakers. Daisy chain 3 active on each of the L and R top connectors.

You can download a user manual if you don't have one.

ALSO PLEASE read my tip regarding a hazard when using Speakon to 1/4 inch speaker cables on channel "A" in the FIXYA tips for PMP mixers. The barrel of the channel A 1/4 inch is the HOT side of the signal to the speaker instead of the tip.

Can't get any gain without feedback when using my new shure sm81 mic and the xenyx x1240usb fx mixer. keep the speaker way out in front of me. no montiors. using just a hair of reverb and compression. have...

This is a STUDIO mic and CANNOT be used in the presence of speakers that are driven from its output.

There is special hardware processors to cancel feedback but you do NOT want to go there !!!

This condenser mic is to be used in a studio where performers wear earphones and NO monitors are present.

You should use a Shure SM58 or other CLOSE talking cardoids if you have speakers in the area.
