Question about Ruud Heating & Cooling
Replaced circuit board
That board runs on 24v power. I would check to see that you have 24v from C to R at the t'stat wire terminals. Also make sure that the fuse is in place and that it is good.

SOURCE: I replaced my Rheem Ruud
When the purge motor turns on, the controller is waiting for proof that it is running before ignition. On your model I think it a differential pressure switch and it should be in front of the furnace. Should be able to see a pressure or vacuum line running to. If it isnt there there may be a switch inside purge motor. If there is more than 2 wires running to the motor it probable is there. Anyway the controller is waiting for proof.

on the board itself or on the schematic there is a legend that will tell you what the blinks mean. start there. its just a diagram that gives you the fault according to the number of blinks
