This info is included in the question above.
This may be an error. Shutdown the computer and re-seat cartridges to be sure they are connecting to the cartridge carriages properly. Once cartridge replacement procedure completes, close all the access panels.
Now shut off the power to the printer by unplugging it or by turning off the power bar it's plugged into. Don't use the printer's power switch!
Now, plug the printer back in. Reboot your computer. And then, turn on the printer and let it complete the initialization process.
Hope it will help.

Can you find the bits and piece to make a orubt head clearing pump like this illustration? If you can take the cartridsge out fit the pump and suck out any ink in the chamger. Then empty the pumt and fill with Windex or propanol alcohol dilute with distilled water to 10%[or windex] and pump this through back and forth untill it shoes clear- put the cart back and see what happens Also download this utility www.ssclg.com set it up for your printer Also take a look at www.fixyourownprinter.com

SOURCE: Not printing
You probably have paper debris stuck to the underside of the print head.
While you are printing, pull the lead from the back of the printer leaving the head free floating and unlocked so you can slide it back & fore. Get a piece of kitchen roll and fold it until it's the size of the track beneath the print head slide the head to the left, place the folded kitchen roll flat down in the print track, slide the head over the folded kitchen roll until it appears on both sides of the head. Grab both ends of the roll and lift it toward the head. Slide the roll sideways left and right to physically clean the bottom of the print head. Try not to tear it as it will trap under the head. let go of one end and slide the head away until you can pull the roll out. It should have a lot of ink and gunk on it. Plug the printer in and the head will reset itself.
Now because printing has been non existant, you'll need to "Prime" the heads. Use the maintenance software and click head cleaning, when finished do not allow the nozzle check pattern to print. Carry out 3 more head cleans cancelling the nozzle check after each one by clicking [Finish] until 4 cleans have been completed. Then allow the nozzle check pattern to print and it should be back to normal. If not perfect, carry out another "Prime" as above.
Hope this helped.

Tips for a great answer:

1.Log on to your computer and print a test page to the printer. Click on the "Start" button, choose "Control Panel" and then "Printers and Faxes." Right-click on the laser printer, choose "Properties" from the drop-down menu and click the "Print test page" box.
3.Open the printer cover and carefully pull out the toner cartridge. Set the cartridge aside while you open the box containing the new toner. Pull the new toner out but do not yet remove any of the packaging materials. Compare the weight of the new toner with the old one. If the old toner is very light, it is nearly empty and should be replaced.
