Check online at YouTube. Never heard of this watch but seen some pretty cool watches that may be similar to yours or may give you some hints. The Tapout website had nothing for manuals that i found but this may be ingenious marketing on there part. Lose the instrauctions, buy a new watch with instructions. Sorry can't do anything better then this.
mcdevito75 here, You"ll need a magnifier glass, available at any Dollar store, even with instructions online if found lettering could be too small, and with a no name watch, most likely impossible. Use a magnifier glass.
