Question about Renault Megane Coupe 20 Model Kit
You can perform some simple tests to find the root cause. Spray some starter fluid down the engine intake ( this may be difficult on fuel injected cars, you may have to remove an intake plenum). After spraying the starter fluid, attempt to crank the car. If it hits and runs briefly, then you may have a fuel system issue. Check the electric fuel pump. If the car does not attempt to start or run, then the engine may have 'jumped timing'. The timing belt of the engine, especially on small foriegn cars, has to be changed at certain mileage intervals. If it has jumped timing, you will need to have the car towed to a shop.
