Your best bet is to take you sim card
out and just put the battery back in then you switch the phone on and allow to load up. Then leave it on for 10mins , this will kick the automatically backup reboot system. Note: there's a chance of wiping the phone to very beginning of the day iy was programme. Then after 10mins put your sim into the phone and then switch it on.

0. Press * key for 2 seconds to unlock/ unlock the keypad
1. Press the upper left key( Go to Menu)
2. Navigate to lower right icon then press Ok( Go to Setting)
3. From the top navigate 3 steps downward then press ok(Phone)
4. Select the top list(Language) then press ok
5. Scroll left to right to find English language then press ok.
