Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Have Netflix on old iPad need it to get on new iPad without getting charged twice

Netflix is a monthly service and allows multiple devices so you would not be charged for your second iPad. You can simply download the app and sign on on the new iPad. If you go into your account settings you can also remove your old iPad so it would require your credentials to be able to use Netflix again.

How to Resolve Netflix Problems on AT&T Internet

AT&T lets its users use the streaming services of Netflix over different devices, from its Ethernet cable and Internet to the iPad and the iPhone. You can experience issues watching the superior quality video, viewing a movie with many pauses to load, and hitting the bandwidth and data cap if you use the service extremely in one month, yet. If, however, you face any problems streaming video, call on the Netflix customer service number and seek the experts help to solve out all issues.

iPhone and iPad Streaming
Netflix provides an application for iPad and iPhone users on the carrier, such as AT&T, which lets them review the website contents to their product with the Netflix account and an Internet connection. If you're using a 3G Wi-Fi network and the connection is weak, you can face problems with the video. The image will possibly be of lower quality, along with pixilated and blurry pictures, and the video will often pause and skip or take a longer time to load.

iPhone Data Plan
AT&T needs all users to choose the data plan with a particular data cap. As per the publication date, the cheapest plan provides only 200MB data a month. With the standard plan, you can get 2GB per month, and the most expensive include 4GB per month. If you often watch Netflix on the iPhone, in addition to using programs and surfing the Web, you will hit the data cap and require paying a $10 charge for an extra gigabyte of data.

U-Verse Speed
If you're using an AT&T U-Verse, you can see Netflix on the TV if it had involved Netflix or you're using the third-party devices like a game console system or a streaming box that aids Netflix, connected to. Out of every carrier, yet, AT&T has the slow Netflix streaming speed. Viewers may need to wait a longer period for Netflix to load selection to view, bad quality images and often pause or take too much time to load the movie.

DSL and U-Verse Internet Bandwidth Cap
At&T has the bandwidth cap for the U-Verse Internet and DSL users that affect Netflix. Users of DSL can only use 150 MB of bandwidth a month, whereas U-Verse users are permitted 250 GB per month. If you require additional, you should pay $50 for extra 50 GB. The standard user of Netflix, yet, streams around 40 GB per month. If you see Netflix and use the Internet for additional resources frequently, you may get the bandwidth cap faster, and be required to either discontinue the bandwidth online, and prevent streaming Netflix, or pay more charges to use its services.
However, if the Netflix issues still continue with the AT&T services, you should immediately contact to the AT&T customer care for solvingInternet-related issues or call on the Netflix support phone number for solving out all problems associated with Netflix.

How to connect your Apple iPad to the Internet

Connecting your Apple iPad to the internet is very simple. When you use a application that requires internet capabilities your iPad will do several things.

-The iPad will attempt to connect using the last Wi-Fi network you used that is available.

-If no network you previously used is available, the iPad will show a list of networks in range. You can then tap a network and if needed, enter a password to join the network. Any network with a locked Icon will require a password. These are secure networks.

-If no networks are available or if you don't choose one, the iPad will then connect over a cellular data network.

What is the difference between a cellular and Wi-Fi network? A Wi-Fi network is generally faster, but covers less of an area. Think of your home wireless network, or a wireless network at a library. It has limited range. A cellular network is generally slower but covers a larger area. Normally, if you are connected to a cellular network you will see a 3G icon or E icon at the top of your device. Also, you normally pay to use a cellular network.

To see all the Wi-Fi networks in range: From the Home screen, choose Settings > Wi-Fi. Tap a network to join it.

It depends where you are trying to access your Netflix account

if it's your TV you will need to add the Netflix app to your menu, open the app and sign into your account using your TV controller.

if it's your IPad
add the Netflix app in App Store and log into your Netflix account

Go back into WiFi, select Connect. The information for your WiFi connection should still be there, usually the strongest signal or the one nearest the top of the list. Otherwise, when you set up the iPad it should have taken a backup of all the settings. You can go into iTunes and do a restore from the most recent backup.

Ehome router

D-Link ehome routers are okay for laptops, which have a more robust transmitter, and better antenna for connecting to wifi. iPhones and iPads aren't that lucky. When you get close to the router, I assume they work good. Best bet is to return it and get a stronger router, Even from D-Link, a company whose products are outstanding. You could also get a signal booster, and connect it in the ares where you are having intermittent connectivity.

Set up i pad 2

The Apple iPad 2 with Wi-Fi and 3G allows you to browse the Internet using a Wi-Fi connection or a cellular connection.

You can purchase an iPad with an internal Verizon 3G network card.

Verizon has several pay-as-you-go plans to choose from in order to activate their service. Verizon has 1 GB, 3 GB, 5GB and 10GB data plans with no contracts that can be activated within the iPad 2 device.

Power on your iPad.

Slide your finger across the iPad to unlock the device. Enter your passcode if applicable.

Tap "Settings," "Cellular Data," "View Account."

Enter your "First Name," "Last Name" and "Telephone Number."

Enter your email address and password. This creates an account on the Verizon network where you can view your data usage and make changes if applicable.

Tap one of the following plans: "1 GB data per month for $20," "3 GB data per month for $35," "5 GB data per month for $50" and "10 GB data per Month for $80."

Tap the applicable credit card for payment and billing. Credit cards available are the following: "Visa," "MasterCard," "Discover" and "Amex."

Enter your "Credit Card," "Name," "Expiration Date," "Security Code" and "Billing Address." Tap "Next" to continue.

Review the Terms of Service and tap "Agree."

Review Billing and credit card information and tap "Submit." Activation happens immediately and you can begin using your iPad via a cellular connection.

Hope this helps
