No Idea what brand you have so here is the generic response................... Take it appart and usually you can find the gear that loads the CD into the reader, back it out, then find the gear that loads the cartraidge, and back it out untill your CD's com out the opening

Prying the button with a flat headscrew driver, from below made the cassette pop out. Do this while it is working or ON. S430 2003.
