First, I'm not a Toyota representative.
* Take your car to the nearest Toyota dealer/shop.
*** Following is for information only.***
* Starting Fluid???? Did you pour this in the tank or carb? (make a difference)
* Did you read and follow the instructions for this "Starting Fluid"
* There are gas additives to improve performance, clean engine, increase octane, stabilize ethanol, etc.
* I've never heard of "starting fluid" that is poured into tank. (though I could be wrong. Maybe some "newfangled" thing from China? (hey, I'm Chinese so I can say that.)
* Most Engine Cold starts are in spray form usually called "Carb Cleaner", Cold Engine start spray, Or generic Acetone spray. Remove the air filter and couple of sprays in carb tunnel then start car. May need to do it several times in real cold weather.
* If this is not the same stuff you used then you will need to take care down to shop to drain tank, replace fuel filter, clean out carb.
* Be careful and read instructions or ask the counter guy for help.

I also have a BlueMax 45cc chainsaw that I could not start right out of the box. I got lucky a couple of times after many (20 or 30 pulls) but normally I just gave up. Many others online seem to be having this problem with this chainsaw.
It turns out the solution for me was that the starting instructions in the manual are not really complete, there is another step that aids in starting: it needs some throttle. The chainsaw does not like to start with power at idle. After setting the switch to on and setting the choke, as the manual says, before attempting to start, squeeze the throttle while pressing the side button to lock it. For me, this allowed it to FINALLY start with only a few pulls. I learned this when I ran across this video: How to start BlueMax Chainsaw 45CC
Chances are the battery is getting old and weak. A jump start spins the flywheel fast enough to generate enough extra power for a spark. A kick start will not.
connect it to the system and run "Device Manager"....its available for install in the cd provided alongwith the player....once connected to device manager, goto the repair tab and follow instructions...
