Question about Dept 56 Department 56 Snow Village "Hockey Practice" Animated Table Piece Scen
Plugging in and I can hear the motor running. The skaters are placed in the correct positions on the ponds. In the past they would skate as soon as placed in position on the pond. Now they don't move at all. I haven't used this for two years. Could the magnets on the bottom of the skaters be the problem? Can it be fixed?
Try taking off the yellow disks on the bottom of the players. Also, take the skating rink off and examine if the belt is turning the main gear around. It could be slipping.
If you do that, would you kindly examine the magnet which runs the player around the rink. I am at a loss as to what keeps the tension of that magnet against the pattern which is on top of the main gear. A picture would be great. If so, please send to email@example.com Thanks
