IC chip 102 is a TNY276PN Off-Line Switcher Chip. I believe Power Integrations, Inc makes them. Make sure your power supply Zener diode ZNR101, along with your bridge diodes D101 through D104, (and, for good measure) D105 are all okay just to make sure they didn't short out and blow IC102.

Good luck!

My oven shows SE

Turn off power. take off trim over door ( 2 screws). Remove 1 screw from top of keypad. Lift keypad up and out away from microwave. Use a Q-tip with 1 drop of alcohol to separate and clean between ribbon connectors. It is 1 ribbon that splits to 2 connectors. No need to unplug, Just gently clean between the 2 ribbons. They may seem glued together. When they are separated and clean put electrical tape between them. Reinstall keypad (1 screw). Reinstall top trim (2 screws). If it hasn't damaged the circuit board already it should work like new.

Samsung microwave SMH9151W displays code -SE-

"SE" means you have a defective membrane keypad. There are two ways to fix this:

1. Replace the membrane keypad. If you (or someone you know) might want to replace it yourself, there is a handy guide with pictures showing you what's typically involved. It is part number DE34-00304G.

2. Replace the control panel frame assembly (part number DE94-01806J) which comes with a new keypad already installed. Details are below.

There is a a YouTube video available showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.

Some connectors have a lock.

Then simply move your circuit board into the new frame.
You should first contact these parts suppliers to see which if either parts are in stock or still actually available:

Sears Parts Direct
Encompass parts (or you can call them toll-free at 866-779-5835)
The Pros here

Again the parts are:

DE34-00304G membrane keypad switch
DE94-01806J control panel assembly

Displaying System Error

Make sure that the program controller is working if not check power - step down supply, the pads are responding- if not faulty pads- or the door switches, if the switch contact are not good then it will not trigger the processor to switch on the waveguides. If the lights or fan work without any display or action of program being triggered to start then it can be a possible fault on the main board or the processor. Sometimes insect secretion can short the board and display panel and so the processor can work in such an erratic manner. If so clean, solder and reset the board. Now identify the parts by clicking this link:

How do I open it up to look for a blown fuse to circuit breaker?

When you remove the front control panel you will see the two fuses in the next internal section. Below are instructions for removing control panel:

You can do this without removing unit from wall. First unplug unit. Next remove the two screws on the top of the unit closest to the front. These screws simply keep the up facing vent in place. Next slide the vent to the left (plastic latches on bottom hold in place) to allow vent to be removed. You should now see a single screw above the control panel. Remove it then open the microwave door. Gently slide the control panel up which will disengage the plastic latches on the panel sides. Suggest if you are going to remove the controller and replace take a picture before removing it so you know exactly how to reconnect all the wires.

Schematic diagram

Have you removed the outer case? Sometimes the schematic (and other troubleshooting and calibrating procedure information) is located there. I found such info for a GE microwave (made by Samsung) in an envelope taped to the top of the inside case.
