Question about Video Cameras
I've tried talking into the microphone and I've tried pressing up and down buttons before I film and I've pressed mode while I'm about to film
You didn't provide the model number of your video camera, so I can only suggest you look in your owner's manual for recording setup instructions. If there is something on setting audio recording level or mute/unmute for the microphone, it should be in there.
If you can't find the manual that came with your camera, go to the manufacturer's website, find the Support link, then look there for downloads for your model number.
