Question about Blackberry Cell Phones
I have tried to remember the answer to my security question but i cant remember.
I guess you want to keep the same email id for your log in.
When you signed up for the blackberry world, they would have sent you have email. Find that email in your inbox and look through it to find a link that allows you to delete the previous bb world account that you created using that email. After that it done, you can sign up for a new account with the same email :) Good luck

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

There isn't a way to disable the password of the BlackBerry device without actually knowing the password. Sorry. What will happen is if you enter the incorrect password 10 times the device will wipe itself, and clear the password. Of course, all data will be lost unless you have a backup of it.
