Follow the three steps:
1. Check if the coffee machine is connected to the power socket and is getting power.
2. Pour the water in the correct place in the machine.
3. Make sure you switch the machine on when you pour in the water.
All these places like the position of the power button and location to put the water will be marked in the User Manual. Please refer it.

If it still doesn't work you may want to call customer support as specified in the manual.

Has the machine been cleaned / descaled? Coffee machines become clogged with mineral scale deposits from the water. Some folks use citric acid , about two tablespoons /qt of water, and some folks use white vinegar, 1/2 & 1/2. Place the solution in the machine as if you were making coffee. It may take a few cleanings if there is a lot of deposits. After cleaning dissolve two tbsp of baking soda in a quart of water and run through machine to neutralize the acid.

No water from shower

Take the cartridge back out and turn it 180 degrees. Put the front toward the rear. It sounds like you got it in backwards. It's a very common mistake, even made by master plumbers.

  • The sprayhead may be clogged. Check the round disk (sprayhead) above the brew funnel. The holes in this part must always remain open. If they are clogged, remove the sprayhead and clear the holes using a toothpick. Always unplug the brewer before deliming or cleaning the sprayhead.
  • The brewer could be clogged with mineral deposits. See the Deliming Instructions in the Manual. NOTE: The frequency of deliming depends on the mineral content of your water.
