Some things to check, check the air handler drain line see if there is a float switch, to prevent floods. It may be bad or pan full of water due to clogged drain line. Open airhandler cover after turning off power breaker and see if small fuse on control board is blown.

FURNACE WON'T TURN ON: I have a 1999 Fleetwood, Prowler RV. The furnace won't turn on.

Check the exhaust port of the furnace. Wasps like to build nests in there and it will not allow the furnace to ignite if blocked. You have a gas detector and it is turned on I assume? I forgot this many times.

Can i make a 40 amp circuit breaker with two 20 amp breakers?

Yes. A two-pole breaker is just two breakers hooked together. But the very important part is that if one pole trips THEY MUST BOTH TRIP. If only one trips, then the circuit won't operate the appliance (whatever it is) but one of the poles will still be live!

My general electric heavy duty automatic electric dryer won't heat. Is there anything to try before replacing heater?

go to your fuse box and try replacing the 2 fuses for the dryer circuit or if you have a circuit breaker box shut off the breaker for the dryer and turn it back on and try the dryer again. I used to be an electrician and found double pole circuit breakers that have only one side tripped. alot of 220volt electric dryers use one circuit for the tumbler motor and the other circuit for the heating element

Machine not turning on

1. Plug the microwave into the outlet if the microwave won't power up. Make sure the plugs on the microwave match the type of outlet. A four-pronged outlet can only be used with a four-pronged plug. Same with three-pronged outlets---they only work with three-pronged plugs.

2. Inspect the plug. Make sure it hasn't been cut or tampered with. Four-pronged plugs can't be cut down to fit a three-pronged outlet. Three-pronged plugs mustn't be forced into four-pronged outlets. A three-pronged plug mustn't be used in a two-pronged outlet, either.

3. Replace blown fuses, or if there's a circuit breaker, check it for tripped breakers. Sometimes the trip won't be obvious, so cycle the circuit breakers. Turn them all the way off and then back on again.

4. Plug another appliance in the outlet. You will find this easier with three-pronged appliances. Simply plug a toaster, or other appliance into the microwave's outlet, and see if it works. If it works, you know the problem is with the microwave, not the power circuit. Have the microwave serviced or replace it. If the toaster or other appliance doesn't turn on, you know the problem is with the circuit.
Hope i could help you.
Have a nice day : )

My Paloma tankless water heater stopped working after we had a block out, all the lights are working and doubled checked the electrical connector.... it just won't turn on as it should when I run the...

Try reseting it by unplugging it. Also is there any display lights on (troubles). If that dont work it might have fried the circuit board in the black out.
