It appears that the Main bd is bad. Try using Component cables instead of the HDMI cables and see if there is a change. If there is a change to normal picture then try another HDMI cable. If the problem returns then replace the Main bd. There three Main bds for this basic model number. You will need the version# found on the right side of the set to order the correct bd.

Hi, the high pitched sound is coming from the coils or transformers on the power supply.
you can isolate the noise by removing the back and with the set on press gently with a plastic handle/item on each coil till you stop the noise. , you will probably have to replace the coil or the whole power supply, but sometimes you can tilt it over or secure it with silicone and it will stop rimging.
please click a thumbs up it this helps solve your problem

The TV must obviously be tested and repaired, as it is faulty.
The ticking sound and the beep make think to a faulty PSU or to a defective main controller board.
The PSU is indeed the first culprit, but the part must be tested jumping control lines with live power to test higher voltage. Unless burnt areas or blown components (eg capacitors bulged or leaking) can be spotted at a glance on PSU board, the part must be tested, test is complex and pose safety issue. For this reasons the unit must be tested by a technician.
Here all parts for this set.

Unfortunately it could be a number of things, in order of likelihood it would be the power board, power supply, main board, color wheel, or even a bulb that is buzzing. You will need to
contact a local TV repair person in your area. If you think it may
still be under warranty please contact the manufacturer to file an
RMA. If you happened to purchase the TV with a major credit card (not
a debit card) there is a good chance it may still be under the free
extended warranty most credit cards place on electronics. Please
contact your credit card company to inquire if they do this, and they
will be able to file the claim and get you a refund for the TV.
But regardless it is a serious problem inside the TV and will only continue to get worse. I would definitely get it looked at.
