David, did you wire this unit in yourself and do you still have the installation manual with the wiring diagram?
This can be caused by the wire[s] controlling the 'Advance'
function[s] and the wire[s] controlling the 'Override' function[s] being incorrectly connected. Check the wiring diagram for details.

SOURCE: where to find intermediate gear -about 1/2 " in diameter.

The following is a link to the only site I have seen that sells just the gears for the Intermatic timer clock motors. I took my clock motor apart and this was the gear that was bad. The first link is to the site and the second link is to the picture of the gears to make sure it is what you are looking for. http://www.stuartsinger.com/ballclock.htm#Replacement Parts

SOURCE: I bought a westek daily

Your question is a bit hard to understand.
You have a plug-in timer.
It's connected to a space heater.
The timer powers ON correctly.
But for some reason the heater does not turn ON?

I think you should check the wattage of your space heater and compare it to the wattage of your timer.
A lot of plug-in timers are pushed to the limit at 1000Watts
Your space heater is 1200W or 1500Watts probably.

Buy an appliance timer to handle the space heater load.
Intermatic HB113C timer handles 2000Watts
It will be safe.
Set two on-off functions per day

SOURCE: Clock is set properly.

I answer questions for free.
I know timers and electrical devices, and have tested most of the brands.
You posted under the Woods 7-day timer 59018 or 59028.
Here is the manual:
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Woods-59018-59028.pdf

There are several programmable timers today that look like Woods, and each brand has different programming.

If you do not have Woods, add a comment and I will walk through programming your brand

1) You have the clock set correctly which implies the wiring is correct. Good job!
2) Programming review:
Each program requires ON time to be set, and then OFF time to be set
For example you set Program1 ON 5:00PM for ALL days.
And then you set Program1 OFF 11PM for ALL days.

3) Programming steps:
Press PROG button until Timer 1 ON appears on display
Use Hour button to set 5 PM
Use MIN button to set :00
Default selects ALL days
(If you want other days, press DAY button until display shows correct block of days)
Press PROG button again to save Program1 ON

4) Now for Program1 OFF

5) To set Program1 Off
Press PROG button until Timer 1 OFF shows in display.
Use Hour button to set 11 PM
Use MIN button to set :00
Default selects ALL days
(If you want other days, press DAY button until display shows correct block of days)
Press PROG button again to save Program1 OFF

6) Program 1ON and Program1 OFF have been set ... so press the CLOCK button to return to current time.
If you want to set another program, press PROG button until Timer 2 ON displays

7) After setting programs, press Clock button so current time shows.

8) The manual shows one more thing ... if you program the timer during the hours 5-11pm, and the timer should be ON during those hours, you have to 'tell' the timer to turn ON by pressing the manual override ... after that the timer will operate normally.

If you need more assistance, add a comment.
If instructions help, give it a 4-thumb

SOURCE: My timer is set on auto-from dusk to dawn. Comes

You posted under Intermatic ST01C battery operated timer.
Battery operated timers cannot be exposed to freezing temperatures.
Answer below fits ST01C timer, and other similar timers.

If timer worked at one time, then timer is installed correctly. This is true for all timers.
Most in-wall timers have 1 year limited warranty.

ST01C uses CR2 battery that needs to be replaced periodically.
ST01C manual says to reset timer as last-step troubleshoot.
Programming must be entered again afterwards.
Open following link for ez programming steps and battery info.

If you are having a problem, then buy Utilitec LW60419-0192773 at Lowes.
You can install yourself using information on following link:
Utilitec does not have battery and can be exposed to cold.

Another dawn-dusk Timer is Honeywell Aube T1033

Aube is also battery operated like ST01C and it cannot be exposed to freezing temperatures.

Sylvania SA170 offers ez-set zip code feature for dawn-dusk operation.

Unable to set time and date on Sumsung t301g Tracfone

I had the same problem. I had the phone on when I called to set up initial service. After activation I left it on (it was charging) and tried to set time and date but couldn't get anywhere. Finally, I turned it off (hold "pwr / end" button till it turns off). When I turned it back on I got a message that time and date were now automatically set. This was about an hour and a half after intial phone call. Don't know if that wait time had anything to do with it.

After about 1 hour the picture begins to flash and set powers off

There's a possibility your power supply isn't working properly, if it was your ballast the one causing it to turn off, you would hear a clicking sound, and i doubt it's your lamp since you do get an image, i recommend you go todiscountdashmerchantdotcom so you can get a detailed troubleshoot this way you can make a decision on which part you do need to fix this situation

Work for some hours and auto & power off

What you are waiting for there can be two types of problems:-

1. the firmware or S/w gets corrupted or you need upgradation or reformating and installing of the mobile o.s again or also you can try by resetting your phone to factory settings.
But these type of problem is very rare.

2. the most possible cause is the failure of your battery. I have the same problem and when i replaced the battery the phone is working properly

Cuisinart DCC2000/how to set it to keep coffee warm for 4 hrs

From my Cuisinart DCC-2000 Series Manual: The AUTO OFF feature is used to shut off the coffeemaker at a preset time, anywhere from 0 to 4 hours.

To program the Variable AUTO OFF:
1. Turn the function knob to "Auto Off". Press and hold the "Hour" button for 2 seconds. The clock display will start blinking.

2. Program the coffeemaker to shut off from zero to four hours after brew cycle is finished by using the "Hour" and "Minute" buttons (see "TO SET THE TIME").

TO SET THE TIME:
1. Turn the function knob to "Clock".
a. SET HOUR: Press and hold the "Hour" button to scroll through numbers quickly. When number displayed approaches the desired setting, press and release (pulse) the button to advance one digit at a time. After setting the correct hour, the default will be the last time set unless power is shut off.
NOTE: When the number count passes 12, the PM light will be displayed on the LCD.

b. SET MINUTES: Press and hold the "Minute" button to scroll through numbers quickly. When number displayed approaches the disired setting, press and release (pulse) the button to advance one digit at a time. After setting the correct minute, the default will be the last time set unless power is shut off. To finish setting time, turn the FUNCTION KNOB to any other setting or simply wait until the numerals stop blinking.

(P.S. The picture of the coffeemaker shown above on this page is not the correct model I have as a DCC-2000. The picture shown has a coffee pot. The DCC2000 has a coffee reservoir and a dispensing lever for dispensing coffee into mug or cup.)

How to set the auto off??

I had same problem. Could not find manual on-line so I tried different techniques. You can reset the auto-off feature to extend the "On" time up to 3 hours max. You do it by (1) placing the control switch in the "Off" position. (2) Simultaneously push the "Hr" and "Min" buttons. The time display will start flashing the hold time. (3) Push the "Hr" button to cycle through the available hold times, 1 - 2  or 3 hours. When set, turn the selector switch momentarily to any other position to finish the programing.
