Question about Samsung HT-Q20 Theater System
The only thing I can relate the problem with is I connected an old turntable from the phone out to aux-in plug on the HT. Guessing if this can cause damages (but I'm not sure it should).
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hi sorry to say cant go direct.
What you can do if really want it running is get a RIAA pre amp with power supply (search google local shops). The turn table plugs into that, then that plugs into one of the analogue inputs of the Q70. That will work great if prepared for the effort!
Best of luck
