I could not find any "reset" information on this machine. It would likely be in a service manual which are hard to find free. The Janome website has some online support but they basically state to contact a local distributor.

I don't have a manual what are the tension for this machine

Difficult to address without knowing the make & model.

However, generally speaking, the standard factory setting for the upper tension is the midway point between the high & low numbers.

Bobbin tension is set at the factory and is tricky to reset by a novice. For the most part, it is recommended that the tension skrew setting on the bobbin case be marked with a permanent marker before any changes are made. That gives a reference point so that if it needs to be returned to the original setting, it is easier to do so. Make only 1/8 turns at a time and retest.

The correct tension is when the upper and bobbin threads meet in the middle of the fabric.

Keep in mind that the needle, thread, and fabric all impact tension. Before beginning a new project, test the tension first on a scrap of the fabric and get it set where you want it before sewing the project. That being said, tension (mostly upper thread) is static so it is important to get familiar with adjusting it to fit your project. One tension setting will usually not work for every project.

I'm guessing here but you might need to calibrate the touch screen or possibly a circuit board has moved inside the machine. I don't know if you can reboot the machine or return it to factory settings which might reset everything. Failing all of that I'd be asking a computer/phone repair place to look at it.

try changing the needle
check the top thread tension
check to make sure the bobbin is inserted in the bobbin case correctly

Bobbin knotting & jamming on Singer 2250

Put the tensions back to the factory setting.

Re-thread the machine with the presser foot up and make sure the bobbin thread is feeding from the bobbin in the correct direction and through the proper guides.

Change the needle to one that is new and appropriate for the type of sewing that is being done.

If problem continues take the machine back for assistance if you purchased it from a sewing machine dealer. They usually do not take "returns".

Or, back to the store that it was purchased from if not from a dealer. You may have a limited time in which it can be returned.

Bottom thread loops

More than likely the Bobbin is not threaded correctly and the tension is not being controlled.  review the manual carefully, pay attention to the direction the thread is wound on the bobbin and place it in the case exactly as illustrated, feed the thread through the tension groove.
I would also advise returning to the bobbin to the factory setting and leave it there.

My kenmore sewing machine bottom tension is not tight can you help?

The bottom tension is set in the factory and should not be changed. Take it to a service technician and get them to fix it for you.

Problem with trac feeds

When you drop the feed dogs on most modern machines they do not return to the up position until the motor rotates one full turn. Your feed dog will then be up and ready to use.
