I have an omega spedmaster automatic 3513.50. The problem is that it works OK as long as I am winding it everyday. But if I dont wind it, it stops working even if I am wearing it. It is supposed to be an...

Sounds like the excentric weight (which is responsible for winding the watch) has either stuck or the ratchet has failed.

I suggest you have it examined by an Omega service agent.
If you go to http://www.omegawatches.com/customer-service you will be able to find your nearest dealer or service agent.

I have water condensation in the face of a brand new (bought from an ebay watch store) bulova water resistant (up to 100m - it says 100m on watch face) women's marine star watch. what are my options?...

If you have registered your watch with the maker, then it is bes to send it to them (talk to them about it first- go to Boluva.com and look for service centers).

The seller would probably just send it off anyway and increase the delay time to gettingit back.

All work should be done by one of their service centers or an authorised dealer, in order that the warranty is not affected.

With a cheap watch the answer would be to remove the back and put it in a warm dry place for a day or so but as yours is not in that catagory, I would not advise any DIY methods.

I know its' a pain to loose your watch for a time but only accredited service agents can guarantee the water resistance it a watch is opened.

Every time i get a new battery my second hand moves, but my watch will not work other than that. I can set the time and restart the seconds hand but the time never changes

Sounds like a trip to their service agent is required. Go to BOLUVA.COM and locate your nearest service agent and talk to themabout your problem.

They will probably ask you to send it to them for examination. If it is still under warranty, then any repair would be free.

I need change the glass.where?

It is possible for jewelers to order exact fit replacement crystals for many watches. However, generic replacements are not made for all watches. If your jeweler cannot perform this service (which may cost as little as $10 for common crystals), ask if the jeweler knows of a jeweler's specialty business that can custom-fit crystals. These small shops custom-grind crystals from blank stock and hand-fit them to your watch. Such companies used to be relatively common; today, most conduct operations via mail-order or exist in large cities like New York where there is enough local wholesale and walk-in business.
Department stores and chain jewelry stores rarely have the on-sight resources to service a broad selection of watch crystals. Seek out an independent jeweler or one that has a "we repair watches" sign displayed.
