Remove plug on top of handle to expose set screw. Remove screw. The top handle assembly will screw off (1/8 turn). There is a silicon gasket inside. Clean everything and put plumber's grease on gasket (optional). Reassemble making sure the handle top part is screwed on snug.
I did not put the set screw back in to make future dis-assembly easier.
