Question about magicJack PLUS VOIP Phone Adapter
I unpluged every thing from the wall.Checked all the connections.Waited 5 days before contacting you. Checking the phone every hour on the hour. HELP CE #S1013FC S/n1031020147744 FCC ID:Y79S1013.
Did you make sure to install the drivers on your 'prime' computer? you have to configure using a computer for the system to function.

make sure its updated?try running it as administrator your firewall or anti virus IP maybe blocking it check all three to see if IP is blocking it use the USB port if it dosn't work trough that your IP is blocking it try reinstalling it follow instruction don't just click next read what it says. it may ask do you want to run as adminnistrator
