That indicates that it cannot connect, do you have enough internet bandwidth available? Does it connect to the internet?

It typically points to a network connectivity issue that is preventing your device from reaching the Netflix service. Refreshing your router usually takes care of the problem.

Test your Internet connection

Make sure your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch has an Internet connection. You can check this by trying to visit a website (eg. Apple.com) in a web browser (eg. Safari). If the page does not load, or loads slowly, try to turn on and turn off the unit's Wi-Fi connection. If you still can not connect, there may be problems with the Internet connection.

2. Press General (General).
3. Press the Date and Time (Date & Time).
4. Press the Set Date and Time (Set Date & Time) .?Hvis date and time is not correct, adjust this until it fits with your time zone.
?Eller switch On / Off (On / Off) On (On) in the Set automatically (Set Automatically).

Install Netflix app again

2. Press the X in the upper left corner of the Netflix icon, and then press Delete (Delete).
3. Go to the App Store, search for "Netflix" and choose the free Netflix app from Netflix, Inc.
4. Press the Install button (Install). You must enter your password to iTunes to install the app.

try one of those :
1- Turn your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch off and wait for 10 seconds before turning it back on.
to reboot it :
  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
  3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
2- Make sure your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch has an Internet connection by attempting to visit a website (such as apple.com) in a web browser (such as Safari). Can I connect to netflix to more then one televisions set in my home?

Hi Gwen,

Yes, you can have 2 to 3 devices connected to Netflix at once, from multiple devices/televisions such as mobile device, laptop, console, and television. If you connect with too many devices an error will appear stating: Too many devices are using this account, please try again later.

Sincerely,
