Question about Kyocera Hydro Icon - Prepaid Phone Boost Mobile
The keyboard randomly types giberish, cant stop it without shutting off the phone
It sounds like you dropped your phone in water. I know that this model is supposed to be water proof, but a common symptom of water damage is random gibberish from the keyboard.
At any rate, the phone has to be taken in for servicing or replacement because there nothing that can be done without the tools a tech has. I'm sorry for the bad news.
