Question about Honeywell Hz432k Multistage Truezone Zoning Kit
With both zones open there is not enough air flow. took out old zone panel to update to a dual fuel system you can email me back at email@example.com
The number of zones usable at one time depends on the initial fan cfm , which may be adjustable if it is a multiple speed blower motor If so put motor on highest speed and recheck ..
If it is variable speed, it is controlled by electronics in motor and circuit board and motor . Also you must check coils and blower wheels for dirt . Hint if blower wheel is dusty evaporator coil must be exposed and cleaned. Duct work also needs to be balanced for correct airflow

Try reversing the wiring at the thermostat or control station between those two circuits. There should only be one wire to change for each zone. (Not a White one)
