Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I unplugged the unit and then plugged it in again. It appears to be jammed. It's reading that the unit is open but this isn't the case.
Before somebody can help you you need to give us the make and model number. You have the unit and know what it is, we don't.

SOURCE: 5 DVD disc changer doesn't open
are you using discs with labels that you out on your self? I had a similar problem before and my label peeled off in the player causing it to get stuck., you might just have to take it apart, and get the label out.

Peel the top off the unit using a small flat head screw driver. You may break the glue or the tabs are like the one's you'd see on a cars door panel. (xmas tree shaped spears). Once this is removed you can see the CD and the top of the changer. Under the unit there is a molded message that says Manual magazine release. Go into the thin slot with an ice pick and push to the back of the "U" shape. You can feel that it is spring loaded. This will release the cartridge.
