When you attempt to connect to a secure wireless network, you will be prompted to enter the security key. This key is provided to you by the network's administrator. You enter it using the keyboard on the PC/Tablet/phone/etc. You must type the code exactly as it was entered by the administrator, including all capitalization and punctuation or else you will not get access. Be advised, if you have gotten hold of an access code you are not authorized to use, many administrators also add another layer of protection on their networks by locking out any devices that are not authorized. There is a list of device MAC addresses that the router will filter to determine if the requester is on the access list.

Depends upon which version of the Android system you have, but generally it goes like this;
Open the SETTINGS menu. If you don't have a settings icon on your home page, you will find it by opening the "APPS" page on your device.
Once in settings, the wireless networks available will be seen in a list on the right hand pane

Tap the name of the network you are attempting to connect to

If it is password protected, a window will open up with the option to type in the password required. The keyboad will automatically run at the same time.

Type in the password, being careful to use the correct case and not adding any spaces or other characters if they are not part of the password. Once the password has been entered, tap the "connect" button. You should ow be connecting to the network, which may take up to a minute or so depending upon how your WiFi router has been set up.

If it still will not connect, the it's almost certainly because the WiFi router has advanced security settings enabled to prevent devices connecting that are not known to the system and you will need to seek assistance from whoever set up the router to enable you to connect to it {:o)

How do I get wi-fi connection. I have inputted information for the wi-fi it says saved, then when you go to connect it says authentication problem and cannot complete registration.

Hi
To connect to a WiFi system, you may need 3 pieces of information:
A username
A password
An encryption key
Once you have successfully linked to a WiFi access point then your tablet will remember the settings until told to forget them.
A lot of the time you may only need the encryption key, and if the tablet detects a WiFi access point then if you tap on that in wireless settings then it will either connect automatically or ask you for some sort of code - the encryption key. If this is not entered correctly then it will return an authentication problem/error. In order to connect you have to have this code. Also bear n mind that the code may or may not be case sensitive, and that the authentication type for both router and tablet needs to be the same. It is possible that you will only be able to change the authentication type on the Aceess Point / router and not on the tablet.
Cheers

How do I set up WIFI tablet

In the settings make sure wifi is enabled so the device can find a wireless signal. When it finds your wifi and you try to use it, it should ask for the wifi security key / code that you have set in the router.

My tablet is saying i am offline and will not connect to Wi-fi

Firstly Check if your WIFI router is working by accessing the WIFI connection from another computer, tablet or phone.

If it does, then use the same WiFi connection settings that it has on your ARCHOS.

You could also try connecting your ARCHOS to a friend's WiFi network and if this works, change your access point parameters to similar ones.

OTHER TROUBLESHOOTING OPTIONS:
1. Check your WiFi router/modem documentation to see if it has a pairing button that needs to be pressed. Some modems have such a button that must be pressed the very first time you try to make a WiFi connection with a new device.

2. If you have to enter a password (a security code of type WEP or WPA) be very careful that you do not confuse a 1 and I (one and letter "I"), a 0 and O (zero and letter "O"), or U and V. These are common mistakes.

3. When entering a security code for your WiFi access, check the box "Show Password" which will allow you to see exactly what you are typing in. This will avoid any mistakes.

4. Some access points use what is known as MAC filtering. That means, the WiFi access point has a list of access numbers (every hardware device has a unique MAC number) which are the only ones allowed to access to the WiFi point. The person managing the WiFi modem/router should shut off this MAC filtering system to see if this solves the problem. It is recommended to shut off MAC filtering in general as this is now known to be an outdated and ineffective system for WiFi security. If you must use it, you can find your device's specific MAC address by going to Settings >Wireless & Networks > Wi-Fi settings > Menu > Advanced. It will look something like 00:16:dc:5e:9e:39.

5. Try temporarily shutting off the encryption system of your WiFi router/modem to see if the problem has to do with the encryption system you are using. The preferred encryption system is the WPA2.

My mini ipad is disabled connect to iTune

Apple can help you to reset your login, when you enter the correct password that belongs to your Apple ID. It will be partially on the screen. If you really messed up, setting up security, and lost unlock code and your Apple ID password. Only Apple can help. For that you have to take iPhone, invoice and prove of your identity (Passport) to the Apple store and hope they will unlock your iPhone. With iOS7 Apple made a very good security system. And while setting up the iPhone and the security, you are warned several times what to do to make sure you and only you could enter the system. Whatever you is told there is no bypass for the Apple security system.Be aware if Apple does reset your iPad, all data now on the iPad will be lost.

Connecting to iTunes, only works if you had it installed on your computer and made a backup on the PC. If you know the password belonging to the Apple ID o the screen, you could try entering that.
Or perhaps you try this site?

Can not get to wifi

Wi-Fi technology enables wireless Internet and network access through public and private hot spots.

These hot spots are widely located in homes, restaurants, bookstores, coffee shops and other businesses, so you can keep connected wherever you may travel.

To connect to Wi-Fi, you must have an enabled wireless adapter on your computer.

Most modern laptops and many desktops have this adapter built into the system, but many lack such capabilities.

However, a wireless adapter is easily installed via USB, which allows you to connect to available networks through Windows 7.

Enable your wireless adapter. Most laptops have a hot key labeled with a radio antenna.

Hold the "Fn" key and press this key to toggle wireless on or off.

Desktops likely have a physical antenna on the back of your computer that is typically always on. If you don't see such a hot key or antenna, you need to acquire a USB wireless adapter.

Attach the USB wireless adapter to an available USB port on your computer.

Windows 7 will automatically install the necessary drivers for most adapters.

If it does not, insert the CD that came with the USB wireless adapter into your drive and choose to install their drivers.

Restart your computer if you do not see a wireless icon in your Windows 7 notification area.

Click the wireless icon in the Windows 7 notification area and click the network name to which you want to connect.

If this is your home network, the correct network will likely be the one with the strongest signal.

Click "Connect" and enter the wireless security passphrase, if required.

Only secured networks will ask for a passphrase, but some public networks will require browser authentication instead.

Open your browser and navigate to any website.

If the hot spot requires browser authentication, your website request is redirected to an information page.

Follow the instructions on this page to get Wi-Fi.

This may entail clicking "Accept," entering a given password or entering a cell phone number.

After authentication, attempt your website again to verify accessibility.

Hope this helps
