How do I replace a voile switchback binding wire

Not sure if you can pop the wires off where they connect to the front of the binding. Just put a lot of pressure to pop them off the pin?

When the rollers start moving there is a loud popping noise. any ideas?

By "rollers" if you are referring to the drum turning, it could be a lot of things. The drum itself turns on two rollers located at the back of the machine and is held in the front by a felt ring (all around the front opening. A belt is wound around the drum and connects to the motor pulley usually tensioned through an idler pulley.
A popping sound leads me to believe that either one (or both) of the rear rollers is defective, the felt ring needs to be replaced or possibly the belt idler is defective. (I'm guessing, but I 'm thinking that the drum is binding due to a defective support roller or felt and the machine needs to overcome this bind before it can turn. The motor starts to turn, the belt pulls and begins to bunch up until it overcomes the binding and then as it snaps back, caused the pop you hear.)
What I would do is remove the front of the dryer (usually two screws located on the front cover, down near the floor, then swing it up from the bottom until it unhooks at the top) and turn the drum by hand to see if you can locate where the sound is coming from. Its actually very easy to do this, but make sure to remember to unplug the dryer before opening. There are discount supply houses on line that can ship you new parts. I usually use repairclinic.com, but there are others.

How do I get the front brake rotor off of a 2006 GMC Canyon 2 WD?

Tools Required:

Lug Removal Tool
Impact Gun(Recommended)
Sockets.. Lots of metric sockets
Ratchets
Wrenches
Porta Power(hydraulic piston) --- THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT... use to press hub off..
LOTS OF PATIENCE

Instructions:

1) Jack vehicle and support on jack stands.

2) Remove front tire.

3) Remove Front Brake caliper.. hang on frame using a bungee or other support
Important to not stress hose.

4) Remove brake pad support.

5) Remove 4 bolts from rear of hub.

6) Undo bolt for ABS sensorfrom frame, undo all clips holding wire.
Crawl under truckand unclip wire connector(trace wire from the ABS sensorto find it)

7) Make sure wire is unclipped from the frame and will not bind on removal of hub. (Prevents Damage of ABS sensor)

icon_cool.gif.pagespeed.ce.l5kzkvpb-u.gifTRICKY PART: Turn the wheels so that you can use the hydraulic porta-power against where the lower control arm mountsto the front. (Turn the
wheel left). Position porta-power to be placed inside dimple of the middle of the hub. DO NOT DAMAGE ABS SENSOR...
Pump Porta-power until hub "Pops".. be extremely careful removing the hub not to damage the ABS wireat all.. It is easy to break and not notice (I did
this and had to resplice it)

9) Hub should be removed from vehicle by this point and you can remove the six bolts holding the old rotor on. Still be careful not to damage the sensor.

10) Change the rotor. (do not use impact gun to reattach.. may strip threads)

11) Installation is basically reverse of removal.

12) Install brake pads, press caliper back in (typical brake job)

13) Put tire back on.. do other side.. and you're done.

Front drivers seat on 2007 ford edge will only go back and will not go forward what would be the problem?

Check to see if the wires are connected under the seat at the motor and make sure the connector has not come un down from the seat switch not real sure how the switch comes out should just pop out . If they are fine put a test light on one of the wire and work the switch backwards the light will come on when you have it on the backwards wire . Once you find out which wire that is try it forwards on the other wire if it lights up your switch is probably fine and your trouble is in the wires or the motor . Hope this was helpfull

Had a noise like a lifter pulled the plug wire off the front cilinder and the noise was gone

Now, the question is "what happens if you put the wire back on"? If you have put the wire back on and the engine is running correctly, the only thing I can think of is that the wire wasn't on good to begin with. What you were hearing was the spark popping under the spark plug cap. I used to set the initial timing on an engine using the pop of the spark plug. Simply turn the ignition switch on with the spark plug out of the head but lying on it. Rotate the engine and watch for the timing mark on the crankshaft. Notice the position of the timing mark when you heard the spark plug "snap".

If the spark plugs you use has the screw on ends where the plug wire connects, make sure you keep these tight.

Good Luck

I just replaced the start motor capacitor. Now, when I hit the button the door only wants to go down. It puts the chain in a bind. I've adjusted the limits but it makes no difference. It still only wants...

Make sure you connected the capacitor right. It has two U shaped connectors. The two red wires go to one and the two blue wires go to the other. It is easy to miswire.

Ryoby weedeater throttle housing. Replacing the throttle spring

From the limited information you have given I think your throttle wire is binding. It could just need lubricating or the throttle shaft or butterfly in the carburetor could be binding. Disconnect the throttle wire from the carburetor and see if the throttle wire is moving freely and check the throttle shaft in the carburetor to make sure it is moving freely. If both are free, then check to see if something is pinching or binding on the throttle cable.
