I've trying to remove the old lamp but don't know how
You must follow the owners manual instructions exactly. It is an important step in replacing the lamp. Also, you must use the exact lamp given by the owners manual; do not use substitute because they often don't work or burn out quickly. Get the owners manual from the Internet with google search if you don't have it anymore.
