Voltage measured on DC scale, black cable multitester / avometer put on a negative path or can be slipped on the silver wire in the tube that is not disposable wrapping.
Next, measure the voltages are available:
For 180v voltage can be measured on the positive pin elco (10uf/250v) in PCB RGB tube.stick pin red wire multitester
Voltage 110v for TVs 14 "-21" and 130v for 25 "-29" in the B + FlyBack Transformer (FBT), find the path there is elco 100uf/160volt. measure on a positive foot elco.
For 12volt voltage, please measure at the foot of the right edge of IC 7812.
For voltage 5V, please measure the right foot of IC 7805.
For voltage 33v, please search at the foot of VT in tuner.
To measure 90v-300v, scale use DCV 250.
To measure the 12v-40v, use a scale of 50 DCV
To measure the voltage of 1V-9v, 10 DCV-scale use.
How to measure the voltage on the yoke and in plyback is;
From the yoke horizontal = Fcc 110v DC, 1000 V. AC voltage can be removed with a red plug in output and in use as dB meter.
From the yoke pertikal 24 DC current model, except for disposable coupling C = 1 / 2 Fcc. While it could be IC 120V AC (with dB meter)
At Fcc FBT kolector; 110v DC, AC voltage = 1000 V..
At Fcc FBT filement / heater = 5V-5, 5V AC.
In the FBT 20-32k anode voltage V measured with 40kv HV probe is added to the multitester 1000 V. DC.
Voltage others depending on model and type of TV. 180v out there (for RGB) directly from the regulators, transformers, Video Amp taken from FBT.
There are 24V and 46v vertical FBT, also 12-18V depending on brand and type.
Voltage 600 V DC and focus around the screen 400v DC.
Thus tip n trick from me (AGUS YUSTIARA ), hopefully useful.

Normal the high input voltage should influence the output voltage. The120V AC to 9V DC will be blown, but with a bit of luck, your Crosley cruiser will be ok. Only if the power convertor is poorly made, the high voltage could have gone through the convertor and then it damaged everything in the cruiser. Try a new 9V power supply and see what it does.
The meter measures in size aproximatelly 2 1/2" X 5" X 3/4" deep, and takes a standard 9 Volt battury, unscrew the two phillip screws on the back, and gently pull off the back cover, and you will see the battury at the bottom of the meter, unclip it from the battury clip, and replace with a similar type of 9 Volt battury, and reassemble.
If you see 9v on the dash gauge, verify that with a volt meter attached directly to the battery itself. If that also shows 9v then re-charge the battery. It doesn't take a lot of voltage to operate the dash, interior lights etc but at 9v the ignition system and starter cannot operate. If it starts after charging, immediately check output voltage of the alternator. Your meter should read somewhere near 13.5 volts with the engine running and should not drop off substantially with all accessories turned on. if that looks good, have the battery load tested (many parts stores do that free) to make sure it's good. I'd also check the drive belt for good tension. If it's old, worn or slipping, replace it. If it seems loose, check that the tensioner is working. If you can press down on the belt and the tensioner moves easily it may be worn out. Anything you don't understand, ask and I'll try to help you with that.
Oh my, not good. Well, you do need a battery pack. Contact the MFR for replacement pack via customer support, or check the voltage on the side, if using 9V, get a battery holder that uses 8 batteries[2 Xtra cells are used to disable the shutting off at too high a voltage due to the missing battery pack]go to battery space.com, and go to wires/connectors, and get the laptop connectors to make an external battery pack. Therte is a battery pack charger/I recommend accupower evolution. You have to google and go to other sites to get the rechargeable batteries and battery holder. You can get by with alkaline, but they would go rather fast due to the large screen size. You need that good brand name so they can be evenly charged due to the batteries being able to be run down further. You wont be wasting much voltage with alkaline due to the lower cutoff voltage, but 1st try contacting the mfr or googling to get that battery pack!!!I Hint: if using battery pack and you still want to add more battery life, drop the batteries to 6 on a 9V circuit. with original battery pack on, a 9V circuit would use 6 D cells on an external pack, 8 for a 12 volt.
Let it charge without anything plugged in to the outlets for at least 8 hours. Then, test the battery voltage again. If you still get less than 11.5 volts on either of the batteries, it's time for a new set. It's recommended that you replace both as the other one, even with a reading of 12 volts, is going to fail very soon. The UPS is trying to charge the batteries to get both batteries, as a pair, to 24 volts. It will continously charge them until it gets there (which won't happen if it's a bad battery) and you'll burn out the new one you just replaced. You can new batteries at www.batteryinternational.com for a fraction of the cost of a new UPS. Hope this helps.
