Question about Cameras
Is it the correct lense for the camera? If not that would explain it if so see if it can be repaired under warrenty.

When taking moving pictures you should be on the right scene mode.And if your getting any black pictures sd cards can cause this issue.

it is a problem with the exposure of the pitchers it could be the lens or shuter or the chip behind the lens its not letting any light in,, best to drop it off at a camera shot to see how much it is to fix it,, but you may find its cheeper to buy a new camera
