Have Frigidaire Gas oven FFGF3053LSF. We had a power surge & F13 code came on display. Power restored, clock works, F13 code is gone- but now a DR code comes on when I push bake or broil button

the F13 indicates that you have an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) error in the clock control board of the range. You can unplug/turn off breaker to the range for 1 minute and then plug/switch it back on. This too may possibly fix the DR.. maybe?!

What is error code f13?

The F13 fault code on this type of range indicates that the EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) on the control board is bad. This can be caused by a power surge or glitch through the electrical lines. You can try to reset the control board by completely unplugging the range (or shutting off the breaker) for 5 minutes. If the error code returns after plugging the range back in, then the control board for the range will need to be replaced.

Code (numbers/letters) are shown when trying to use oven (F13)

Try shutting the power down for a couple minutes and this may reset the control If it continues then you will need an error code guide to see what is causing the problem. Sometimes there is a little mini manual on the back or inside the control panel. If not you may need to call for service.

F13 code

Hello friend, thank you for your post!

Based off the information you have provided your question is under an "F13" error code but you also stated that it is showing you an "F1" error. I have researched both error codes for you. "F13" usually indicates error identification, which could be an issue within your control board. "F1" typically can indicate that the range has detected an issue with the runaway temperature (overheating). Both codes could be corrected with a reset, which you can do by flipping the household circuit breaker for roughly ten minutes. If that does not correct the issue I would recommend contacting a professional. I hope this is helpful. -Matt

F13 beeping sound

Turn power off then back on. If F13 comes back, it's an internal problem with the control board. Replace the control board.

When I try to turn on the oven it say f13 err

Most of the F13 fault codes say it is either the Main board or a temperature sensor.

Getting an F13 error message on my stand alone professional series oven smooth top, how can this be corrected?

F13 does indicate you need to replace the electronic oven control. It means EEPROM/ Checksum error. If you have unplugged and it returns, this is a bad control board.

I hope this helps.
