This is an oxmoron you cant have checked every thing

left and right ear audio on CBs come from a common mono signal

so the right ear signal is missing or the headphone on the right ear piece is busted

Recheck your settings. Go the lower right and see if the speaker settings are correct. Vol. and speaker connections! You may have turned off the speaker off by error. If the settings are OK, try a headset with right/left ear buds and if you get sound, then the speakers are a problem.

Recheck the wires. If you do not plug everything into the right spots it will not work. Possibly one of the plug holes is mismarked. You may have to located the original instructions to get it hooked up correctly.

The left earbud of my Bose in-ear headphones doesn't have sound

You probably need to replace the stereo plug on the end that goes into the jack. Most of them are molded on unfortunately but it can be done with a new jack and some soldering skills. There have been lots of people with the same problem on this site so there are already some good explanations of how to do this on here.

How to install bobbin

In the shuttle area there is a silver round piece- called the shuttle race cover. It has a black ear on the right and a black ear on the left. Push the right ear to the right, and the left ear to the left and the silver ring should come out. Behind the silver ring is the bobbin case stuck in the hook. Remove that, jiggle it, move it, just work the bobbin case out of the hook. Now put the hook back in the machine. In the machine there is a driver that looks like a half moon. Your hook looks like a half moon- make a full circle out of both of them. Re-install the race cover, pushing the left ear to the right and the right ear to the left to secure the race cover, and your problem should be solved.
