Question about Washing Machines
Have made sure that the filter isn't blocked. Have powered down for a few hours and tried again. Have tried the solution supplied with regard to unplugging the blue wires from the PCB. All to no avail
If you can check the motor by removing the belt, then put in spin only mode.with no load on motor it should reach full speed without cutting out.if it cuts out.you may need to replace the brushes.there should be telltale signs of fine black deposits in the motor area.sometimes brushes can be okay but the dust emitted can lay within motor and cause problems.the motor should be inspected and cleaned.if still not right you may need to replace the motor.very rare for the control panel to fail but worth checking for dry joints at the relays.again bushes can cause undue load on motor and cause relay to trip thus preventing further damage.

what I have found is that the washer thinks it is not pumping out .. if your drain pump is clearly removing the all the water in a good time... then the problem is your pressure switch...it is telling the computer that it still has water in the machine...
replace the pressure switch and it will solve your f21 error.
It is a round unit on the right hand side on top...with a tube and wires going to it...let me know if it helps

Just had the same problem, after Much patience and persistence I found the blockage at the y piece that joins the pump to the outlet hose air trap towards the top of the machine LHS with the top and cover off.
It was clogged solid therefore no back pressure on the top little ball valve (between the air trap and the outlet) therefore no seal therefore norain therefore a drain-fault that persists regardless of a cleaned pump filter.

take top off machine. look down right side and you will see a disc about 50 mm in diameter, attached to this is a small flexible rubber pipe, take this off at the disc and blow through it,( you will need some type of pipe to connect to the rubber pipe).this worked for me with the very same problem.
