I would suggest you check with your account holder and get instructions form them, there are a lot of different ways of doing this as there is no standard.

Paypal problems

PayPal is one means via which people all over the world send and receive money online.
As is the case with any online service, however, PayPal subjects you to account limitations and, in some cases, outright suspensions.

If your account is suspended, you shouldn't panic in order to open a new account, all you need initially is a different email address but rather take quick action so that you can begin using PayPal's services again as soon as possible.

Create a new PayPal account online.
Visit the link listed Below
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run

Select your country and language from the drop-down menus, then click "Personal," "Premier" or "Business," depending on whether you plan to use your account for online shopping, selling or your company, respectively.

Enter your name, address and phone number, then click "Agree and Create Account."
Enter your payment method details.

In order to use your new PayPal account to make purchases online, you'll need to have a payment method either a checking account or a credit card on file.

It's important to note that because your suspended account is linked to any credit cards or checking accounts you put on file when you were using it, you'll need to use different cards and/or accounts for your new PayPal account.

If you use a checking account that's associated with a suspended account, the system will reject it.

Use your secondary account as you would your normal account, keeping in mind that you should contact PayPal and ask them to reverse your primary account's suspension if you wish to use credit cards and checking accounts associated with it to transact online.

Why, after years of using the same credit cards for payment, can my wife and I no longer do the same anymore?

Try checking the expiration date saved in the Paypal account for the credit card that you wish to use for payment to make sure it has not expired. If it has not expired and the date listed for that card in Paypal is current, then delete the card from your payment option choices. After the card is deleted, close Paypal and the internet. Reopen the internet and go back to Paypal. Choose add a new payment method and re-enter the credit card information that you wish to use as a payment source. This should correct the problem.

WISH TO CANCEL PAYMENT TO -- KOYOTE.COM -- PAID TODAY AT 11:50 AM

You can't cancel a payment on PayPal. The most you can do it open a dispute, if you feel that the payment was unauthorized. To start a dispute, log in to your PayPal account and go to the "Resolution Center." On that page, click "Dispute a transaction."
Hope that helps.

I just went through your company for a so called City Crusher but it is a scam so please cancell payment

Hi,

If you used PayPal to purchase an item and you wish to request a refund, you will need to log in to PayPal to do this. You can click here for the website.

You can only cancel your transaction if the recipient has not claimed the money. To request a refund, you'll need to contact the recipient of the payment.

To cancel the payment from your bank:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

The payment will be returned to your PayPal account, not your bank account. From there, you can withdraw the money from your PayPal account to your bank account.

To cancel your credit card payment:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

Your payment will be returned to your credit card. This can take up to 30 days.

For further help, contact paypal directly. Hope this helps!

Troube sighning on to paypal

I have a feeling that your eBay account is not linked to your PayPal account properly.

Check your eBay account against your PayPal account and be sure that the email addresses correspond to each other.

If you have a different account at PayPal you won't be able to complete your transaction with eBay.

I hope this helps.

All the best to you.
