You need a Factory restore CD. It May be, that The VGA Driver ( Graphics ) Is Not Installed With Vista et,c. Although Vista/7 et,c does have A Large Driver Database. It,s always possible, That The Graphics chip, hasn,t been Recognised At setup.
Possibly Downloaded A Corrupt Version Of O/S.
