Question about Cell Phones

My iwave titan bluetooth speaker wont connect to my i phone via bluetooth nemore. it worked at one time but i hav had to use the aux line in ever since. it will connect briefly then tell me i need to make sure my speaker is n range...? ive even tried pushing the reset button and nothing works... can u diagnose this issue.

I had this exact problem too - same as the first two posts anyway.

It seems to be just a software issue and was easily resolved for me with a full power off and reboot. Here is how to do that safely.

Plug in the phone using the wall socket charger, leave it for a few hours to get a charge (i know it doesn't look like its charging). Later, press the on/off button. The battery icon appears with just a thin red line. Let it go back to black. Then press the the on/off button and the menu button simultaneously for about 8 seconds. A red button should appear on the screen with a question asking if you want to power off the phone. Say yes. (I think it was a slide bar, but can't remember now.) Wait a few secs while the phone powers off. Then remove the power plug from the phone. Now reinsert the power plug. After a few (worrying) seconds of nothing, a white Apple logo appears in the middle of the screen, a few more seconds and the iphone main menu appears. No data has been lost, no settings are altered, and best of all, the battery shows a full charge and seems to be back to normal again.

SOURCE: my samsung katalyst's bluetooth wont work

I had the generation before the katalyst which the bluetooth worked on but incidentally the screen cracked. I agree, what's the point if you can only connect to devices that seem to be unnecessary features. It's a load of bs that t-mobile wants to limit the amount of access and freedom to our personal phones. We should have a say in this!!

Does the Verizon logo flash when you plug it in? I had this same problem. Take the battery off. Plug the phone in. Observe the flashing logo. Put the battery back in. Observe "Charging..." screen. Power on. Unplug. Good to go.

Hai, i too had this same problem friend.. I tried many ways and nothing worked.. Finally i got my mobile re-installed through a service center which made my bluetooth work again.. You also try the same .. Hope this solution would be help full.

I can't explain why this might work
but try this.

Disconnect the speaker from the phone's blue tooth by unpairing it

then reconnect the speaker by pairing it to the phone again for a fresh reconnection via blue tooth..

Had this issue with a Jabra blue tooth speaker on my wife's mobile phone was doing the exact same symptoms !
It was very very annoying but doing the pairing again fixed it .

Hasn't cut out since pairing it again !

Why cant i get my computer to dicover my auvio pbt200 bluetooth speaker?


  1. Try playing other audio files. Ensure that audio can play fine from the same audio device when using a headphone.


  2. If Step 1 is not the case, try listening to audio by connecting the speaker to the Bluetooth device using the Aux-in cable. This will isolate if it's a Bluetooth connection issue or not. Remember to disconnect/un-pair the Bluetooth connection first.


  3. If the issue only happens when connecting via Bluetooth, do the following:
    1. Adjust the distance between the speaker and the Bluetooth device.
    2. Reset the speaker to its factory default settings. For instructions on how to reset your speaker, go to the product's support site to view the relevant knowledgebase article.
    3. Clear the current pairing entry from your Bluetooth device. For instructions on how to clear the pairing entries, consult the user's manual of your Bluetooth device.
    4. Try re-pairing the speaker and the Bluetooth device. For instructions on how to pair the speaker with the Bluetooth device, go to the product's support site to view the relevant knowledgebase article.
    5. To further isolate, try pairing the speaker with other Bluetooth device.

  4. If the issue happens when connecting either on Bluetooth or Aux-in, please contact Creative Customer Support via email.
Note: Creative Bluetooth speakers do not need any driver to operate. You may need to update the Bluetooth driver of your computer's built-in Bluetooth adapter or your USB dongle. I have an ihome iBT4 I plug it in but there is no sound


The iBT4 is a speaker. You will not hear any sound coming from it unless you connect it with/to an audio source or turn on its built-in FM radio (press the button labeled Radio or FM). You can connect it to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth or the AUX IN jack or to your CD player, MP3 player, computer or TV via the AUX IN jack. I suggest you read the User Guide/Manual that came with the speaker to really enjoy it.

My Pioneer MVH-X650BT head unit would start up, connect my phone via bluetooth, aux cable or USB cable and then randomly shut down as if the cord was pulled... as of late, it wont even start up. i us


Sounds like it has a bad capacitor in it, or it could be a short on one of your speakers or wires running to the speakers. A short will cause the unit to get hot and it will shut down to keep it from further damage. Check your Ohms at each speaker and you should have between 2-8 Ohms per line. you also may need to check the connections coming out of the units connectors. Make sure that they are all pressed on tightly and not coming loose or not fully making connections, check all fuses, check all grounds and clean off the area where the ground is maybe moving it to another spot right away.

Iwave bluetooth speaker makes a "busy call" sound


This might be the problem with pairing. Just try to reset the Bluetooth Speaker and pair with it newly. It may help you. It worked for my SUPERTOOTH Speaker. Hope it helps.

My nokia 6300 does not receive data via bluetooth it says operation failed but i can send data


nokia 6300 you have to reinstall the bluetooth device in the nokia servies center.and then you can receive dates from other phones.[or] copy the datas to pc and formet the memorycard........
