Question about Samsung CLX-3175FW Multifunction Laser Color Printer
I removed paper wrapped around the fuser, replaced the fuser, closed the doors (but did not replace the right side cover). When I turn on the printer the display switches between ready to print and door open. When I press print it says not available. I have checked the door sensors, and removed and replaced the fuser again. No success. Have noticed that there is a crack in the fuser cam shaft. Any help will be gratefully received!
Re install the printer drivers or
reset the printer by eject the power and data cable for a one minite

Your Samsung ML-3561ND looks to be an HP Laserjet 4000-series printer. Same engine, different electronic. The fuser is in the rear of the machine, and may be relating to the drop-down rear panel where you clear paper jams. Open it and give it a good push closed and the printer should cycle and come ready. Let me know what happens!

I had the same problem with my printer. On the back of the waste toner cartridge is a tab that sticks out. A photoelectric shine thru this tab to let you know when the cartridge is full. My photoelectric had gone out and was giving the same error message. I took my printer apart and cut the wires loose on each side of the photoelectric and shorted them together to complete the circuit. The only problem in doing this is you have to occasionally check the waste toner cartridge yourself to make sure it does not overfill.

Well I fixed it!!! Here's what I did. You see this picture of the cover opened? Where the arrow's pointing is the home position of the printer head. Under there I found a scrap piece of paper! Here's exactly what I did. When I got home I decided to plug it in to see if it would work, but it made the same noise and showed the same error message as before. I opened the cover as shown above. This resets it, and it says "close cover". I closed it, and AS it started to go through its routine I OPENED IT again, and I could see the printer head moving back and forth. At this point I used a flashlight to see where the home position of the Head was, and that's where I found the scrap of paper!
I unplugged it for safety and was able to remove the scrap with my fingers.
By your descriptions, referring to the other users, you just might have the same problem.

The fact that there appears to be no actual jam tells me that it is not picking up paper out of the tray. Try some alcohol on the pickup rollers, rubbing well. If that helps, replace these rollers.
