Contact your cell phone provider and ask about "Extended Ring" - I used to work for Sprint/Nextel and was available from them, no doubt others do too. We would add it for free at that time, some elderly or impaird needed more time to get to the phone.

Have you got in on automatic answer? if you have it will only ring up to five seconds, but then i guess it would answer the phone after those five seconds lol =/
Otherwise i cant help, i just looked all through the settings but im sure youv'e already done that..

Try typing the following into your phone, then hitting SEND - replace the words in brackets with the relevant numbers):
**61*(voicemail or diversion phone number)**(seconds delay before diverting)#
This works for "Divert on No Answer". To check the status of this diversion use *#61#
