Question about Tablets & eReaders
The factory reset should be found in your setting. some tablets have a reset button around the outside of the frame. it will be a small hole which you put a pin or pen tip into and hold for about 5 seconds. hope this helps.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Power it down completely. Then hold the power button while holding the "volume up" this will launch it into boot mode. From here, you need to navigate your way to factory reset, or restore default settings. Hope you didn't have anything important on it, cuz doing this is gonna wipe you're hard drive. But I'm assuming it's stolen anyway and you prolly don't care about any of that.
