It is the LCD Screen which is to be replaced. In companys like Samsung, the LCD Screen can be costly. Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.

you can try drying the unit out: carefully take the casing apart until the inside circuits are exposed and let it sit for 24 hours. you can also try using a hair drying on the lowest setting to help speed up the process. however, with water damage, it's pretty much hit or miss on whether it can be repaired outside of having the damaged receptors replaced.
