Question about Tablets & eReaders
I have pressed the power button, volume up botton, and volume down button so that the menu would pop up but the screen just blacks out.
I have a samsung tablet and there is an option in settings to factory reset. You will probably lose pictures and contacts if you cant back-up.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Have you tried taking the battery out? That solves a lot of problems.

the only solution i can find to your problem is to delete the firmware update you've put on your table, you need to wipe the data, just reset it to factory settings,,just hold the back and power key then if you see it light ang the logo just release the power key the back remain, then your on the system mode just select wipe data fastory reset or what ever you want just press up and down volume to select..then press back button to start.....hope it help....

I am not familiar with your brand of tablet, but my Proscan 10" one has a reset button on the back. If you can find it listed in the owners manual or somewhere on the tablet, I would try that next.
