Unfortunately, HP no longer supports webOS and it is now what is known as OpenSource.

The HP servers that the TouchPad (TP) tries to access are probably no longer available. I don't think that the TP out of the box has many new Applications.

One way to breathe new life in to a TP is to install Android. However, if you are not IT savvy then it might be better to get someone who is confident to do it.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Can't download flash player on my iPad to play games

All Apple iOS devices such as iPad, iPhone and iPod do not support flash. You will not be able to play any flash based games.
You should check the app store to see if there is an app available for the game you are trying to play.
