Pine trees seal themselves with sap fairly quick so you don't have to worry. If the needles are turning yellow and dropping it could be experiencing some shock or it may just be dropping needles for the fall.
If the needles are actually turning brown, check the trunk and branches for signs of boring insect damage such as hole with sap coming out.

A person named Macbrown is very rare except for a company
name. Names like Mcbrown and Mack brown are common.
If you are sure of last name Macbrown then do you have any other
clues like expertise, last known location. Go to family tree circles assist.

Pines loose up to 20% of their needles naturally every year so you can expect some browning and needle drop. Tip moths and various beetles will gird twigs killing them as well.

Is it old if so there is ur eason also it could be shortige of track or did you put stuff on it

There is an on off switch on the side,also you have a selection switch on the same
side. Select either round track or straight track. Place the train on selected track,the
straight track with the arrows pointing in the direction of travel,then press the
Mickey symbol on the train body. Wipe the bottom of the train now and again to
make good contact.

I bought this set for my grandson and had no problem. The booklet says to make sure all screws on the battery compartments are tight, and they are fresh batteries installed properly. Then i saw this post on another website:

"The plastic train was another matter. I went through several sets of batteries trying to get the thing to run. No matter what I did it wouldn't run right. It didn't do anything. Then I took it apart and found that there was a sticker that indicated which way the batteries were supposed to go in and the sticker had somehow become lodged covering the battery contact on the inside. This is why nothing worked. Once I removed that sticker and replaced the batteries everything worked perfectly."

Look carefully at all contact surfaces to see if anything plast ic blocking the metal.

Use Borax (sold under name Mule Train) - you can get it at any grocery store. Put it in the prewash area and prewash your loads. Black will go away and bad smells will be no more.

The gemmy light shows are amazing when working correctly. BUT that may be for one season only. I bought the white trio set of Christmas trees after one season the trees turned brown, tried to get in touch gemmy. Two days later my reply was I improperly stored my trees. All the other set of trees I've seen turn brown after one season. As far as I know gemmy quit making the white trees. Long story short they did't warranty my trees, as for the lollipops 4 or 5 light systems aren't interchangeable, I tried to replace the led in my 5 light system with a led from a 4 light system the led worked but wouldn't sync. When trying to make repairs you must use parts from alike sets of the same year models, alike models from different years don't work. Also when changing led circuit boards solder the wires the way you take them off or you'll short the board out. If you have bad sets of lights you can make repairs if they are alike.
