Question about Sony Cell Phones
I have tried just taking the battery out and putting it back in and I have tried a new battery but the new battery hasn't solved the problem. I don't know what else to try. Thanks.
There are a couple things you can try. First of all, back-up your phone, then do a factory reset from the settings.
The second thing you can do is to fold a piece of paper a few times and put it against the battery, then close the back. Use something to basically hold the battery tighter in the phone, and see if this stops the restarting. It's possible that the phone is restarting because the battery isn't securely in there, so some pressure on the battery, when the phone is closed again, might help to keep it wedged in there tightly.
If neither of these things help you, it is possible that the phone has a hardware fault, and is restarting because something is wrong with the actual circuit board or something inside of the phone.
You could either send it in to get fixed, or you could replace the phone with a new one.
However, it's always best to start with the free options first.
So, use something to hold the battery tightly in the phone, and/or factory reset the phone to ensure it isn't a program that is causing the phone to crash and restart.
Best of luck!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

if your camera has a rotation sensor it should display in picasa the correct way automatically, at the header of each folder is an option that says 'save edits' if you hit it it will save all pics correctly rotated in explorer. this is a new feature, if you don't have it try updating by going to the site and downloading and installing (rather than with the update button)

any water or liquid exposure on the phone will damage it's mother board. It needs to be fixed and needs a replacement on other parts on it, there is no assurance that it can still be fixed.
