Hi, 1st you need to take off the steering wheel, if the horn does not just pop off, check for 3 torque bit 8mm at the back of the steering wheel, they could be star point screws, depending on where is was built. be sure your wheels are true straight, and lock ignition so wheel not turn, it makes it easier to put the s wheel on true again, With the nut keeping the s wheel on, just crack it a little, then with a brass drift, give it a good hard quick hit, as its on a spicket & can cold freeze on, some come off easy, but what ever you do, don't flog nut with hammer, use brass as its softer than tempered steel,
Once you have s wheel off, 3 screws under the column, 2 one side of the tilt lever & one the other side, make sure u note which one come out of what holes, as they differ in length, then pop off the top plastic cover, ( un clip airbag wire from horn pad, ), no need to disable battery), once both cover are off, you will see 2 screws holding the ignition lock in place, could be torque head, or just a 8 mm nut,) unclip the plugs, and take out , do the reverse to fit back together, if you source on from Auto Wreckers, make sure it has the correct key, to suit that ignition, as they are coded, Good luck
